Qualifications

• Experience in on-site or in-house repair of equipment.
• Ability to diagnose malfunctions and implement repairs.
• Knowledge of RF system architecture and diagnostic application.
• Customer-focused with effective communication.
• Strong data logging skills and inventory tracking.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site or in-house repair of equipment to ensure it meets Rohde & Schwarz' high standards of performance
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and performs repairs
• Understand complex RF system architecture and apply that to diagnostic process
• Represent the company in a customer support role and is responsible for customer’s satisfaction with equipment and servicing
• Accurately prepare daily logs and reports of work performed, including hours spent and inventory used for each assignment
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects
• Effectively communicate with customers in a professional business environment
