Job summary

Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a Senior RF/EO-IR Threat Test Engineer to support government initiatives in Huntsville, AL. This onsite role requires active TS clearance and full-time commitment.

You will analyze requirements, perform RF/EO-IR testing, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, high-quality results for mission-critical programs.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with RF/EO-IR testing; instrumentation; calibration; laboratory T&E; data acquisition; test documentation.
• Minimum 12 years of experience with a Master’s degree related to the labor category; or related bachelor’s + 5 additional years of senior experience, for 17 total years, as substitute for master’s.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• Active minimum TS clearance
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs

• Experience with RF/EO-IR testing; instrumentation; calibration; laboratory T&E; data acquisition; test documentation
• Minimum 12 years of experience with aMaster's degree related to the labor category; or related bachelor's plus 5 additional years of related senior experience, for 17 total years, as substitute for master's.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
• Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
• Background in process improvement or analytical services
• Strong knowledge of Radar cross section; foreign materiel exploitation; field testing; automated instrumentation
