You will collaborate with product marketing and sourcing to ensure engineering aligns with the product roadmap, while mentoring engineers with a clear path to global leadership within a growing technology leader.

Qualificações

• Must have leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong RF engineering background with interconnect expertise.
• Experience with coaxial, microwave, and high-frequency or millimeter wave RF products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a domestic RF engineering team while overseeing remote designers.
• Drive multiple high-frequency products through design reviews and a structured stage-gate process.
