You will oversee several high-frequency products through design reviews, mentor engineers, and coordinate with product marketing and sourcing to keep the roadmap aligned. Global responsibilities will grow as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Strong RF engineering background required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Experience with coaxial, microwave, and high-frequency or millimeter wave RF products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a domestic RF engineering team and oversee remote designers.
• Drive design reviews and manage a structured stage-gate process for multiple high-frequency products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing and sourcing to align with the product roadmap.
• Mentor engineers and develop talent, with increasing global responsibility over time.
