Qualifications

• Security Clearance: Secret clearance required to start and active at submission.
• Education: BS in Electrical Engineering or STEM degree; 5+ years of relevant engineering experience (MS a plus).
• Strong core technical skills in RF/microwave troubleshooting and hardware debugging.
• Experience with production/manufacturing environments and complex assemblies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional hardware, systems, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Support production of complex multi-function RF modules across product life cycles.
• Tackle complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
• Independently identify and resolve issues in product implementation.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, circuit design engineers, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead failure investigations on production or technical issues.
