Job summary

The Structures Company is actively seeking an RF Engineer for a 12-month contract position in Chelmsford, MA. The role requires hands-on RF hardware experience and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues in a production environment.

The candidate should hold a BS in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred) and must be able to obtain/maintain an Active Secret clearance. This position follows a third shift schedule (Thu-Sun) with weekend hours.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required or STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required to start.
• Experience with RF microwave test equipment and simulation tools.
• Hands-on hardware experience and production/manufacturing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Supports production of complex multi-function modules for high-reliability applications.
• Troubleshoots designs and resolves integration issues in a production environment.
• Leads failure investigations on production or technical issues.
• Develops technical documentation including specifications and test data.
