Riverside Research in Dayton, OH seeks a Radio Frequency Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team focusing on cyber-physical security of embedded systems. The role includes RF testing, DSP development, and collaboration with researchers, engineers, and program managers on cutting-edge hardware security projects.

The position requires a Secret clearance to start with eligibility for Top Secret, and a strong background in signal processing, RF testing, and FPGA-based development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical area with 5+ years experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD in related field.
• Experience in applied signal processing or RF testing required.
• Strong understanding of signal processing theory.
• Programming experience in Python or C or equivalent language.
• Experience with embedded hardware (VHDL, Verilog) and software (C, Assembly).

Responsabilidades

• Configures and operates RF test equipment to capture RF emissions from microelectronic devices for analysis.
• Implements signal filtering and amplification for optimal signal collection.
• Develops custom digital signal processing techniques in software and hardware (FPGA).
• Studies cyber-physical threats to embedded systems and communicates findings.
• Documents findings in technical reports and presentations.
