Job summary

Indiana Microelectronics LLC in West Lafayette, IN is seeking an RF engineer to design, simulate, test, and optimize RF hardware such as filters, amplifiers, and mixers through integrated front-end systems.

You will collaborate with systems engineers, firmware developers, and customers from early architecture through production. The role requires US citizenship, 3+ years in RF hardware, strong fundamentals, and experience with HFSS, ADS, Microwave Office, Altium.

Qualifications

• US citizen.
• 3+ years RF engineering, hardware design, or wireless communications.
• Strong RF/microwave fundamentals.
• Experience with HFSS, Keysight ADS, Microwave Office and Altium.
• Lab experience with network and spectrum analyzers.
• Proficiency in Python or MATLAB for testing and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in EE, computer engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, test, and optimize RF hardware (filters, amplifiers, mixers).
• Develop front-end RF systems through integration with firmware and systems engineers.
• Work with customers from early architecture through production.
