Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to design and develop rugged electronics for mission-critical defense applications, with emphasis on PCB layout and RF/antenna design.

The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance, US citizenship, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept through production and sustainment. The compensation ranges from $85K to $105K annually, reflecting experience and location in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in multidiscliplinary teams and independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development, test, and integration of embedded systems and communications capabilities.
• Develop rapid engineering solutions addressing emergent threats and integrate microelectronics with novel fabrication techniques.
• Design and develop electrical circuits, RF receivers, and compact antenna systems; perform circuit modeling, PCB layout, and prototyping.
