Job summary

Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, is seeking an Electronic Technician to support military communications by testing, aligning and troubleshooting RF products. You will work with RF test equipment, read schematics, and perform both electronic and mechanical assembly to ensure specification conformance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in electronics, and strong attention to detail; IPC-610 certification is preferred and certification opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-year electronics degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years RF technician experience; IPC-610 certification preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot RF filters and circuits.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment and standard lab instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform repetitive RF test functions per procedures.
• Align, tune and troubleshoot standard product filters.
• Troubleshoot circuit card assemblies to component level.
• Perform simple mechanical assembly and wiring for tests.
• Use schematics, PCB layouts, and work instructions to verify product performance.
