Job summary

The Panther Group in Flower Mound, TX is seeking an RF Technician for electronics repair. Pay rate: $29.51 per hour. You will test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair RF transmitters, amplifiers, and PCBs used in two-way radio systems, including equipment used by law enforcement.

Hands-on repair experience and component-level soldering skills are required. Responsibilities include reading schematics, component-level soldering, and using RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and PA units.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electronics repair experience required.
• Component-level soldering and PCB repair experience.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting, and repairing PCB and RF equipment.
• Familiarity with RF testing equipment (spectrum analyzers, analyzers).
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics.
• English communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electronic schematics.
• Test, troubleshoot, and diagnose RF transmitters, amplifiers, and PCBs at the component level.
• Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering/desoldering to repair boards.
• Use RF test equipment to verify signals and diagnose issues.
• Document repair and testing data and communicate results to the team.
