Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with RF systems and test equipment, superb accuracy, and the ability to follow procedures precisely while maintaining detailed quality records.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic components, assemblies, or systems
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
• Attention to detail and procedural accuracy
• Hands-on testing, inspection, and documentation abilities
• Proficiency with computers and electronic documentation systems
• Good organizational skills and traceable quality records
• Clear communication with engineering and production teams
• US citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, functional testing, and verification of components and assemblies
• Execute QC test procedures with accuracy and consistency
• Develop and revise test procedures and quality documents
• Operate lab equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Support RF-related testing with spectrum analyzers or RF gear
• Record and review test results in standard QC systems
• Identify and report nonconforming materials or results
• Assist root-cause investigations and corrective actions
• Verify compliance with drawings, specs, and work instructions
• Maintain organized quality records and calibration awareness
• Keep workspace clean and follow 5S standards
• Communicate results and process improvements with teams
