Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems LLC is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Huntsville, AL to contribute to RF technology development and MIL-SPEC prototypes. The role requires collaboration with customers and engineers to shape designs and test data-driven modulation schemes.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, 1–2 years SDR experience, GNURadio and Python proficiency, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with software defined radios.
• Experience in programming SDRs using GNURadio and Python.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of new RF technology/systems and MIL-SPEC prototypes.
• Interact with customers and engineers to develop prototype designs.
• Assist in developing modulation schemes based on customer input and test data.
