The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in RF communications, software‑defined radios, and electronic warfare systems, with the ability to design, test, and validate solutions that directly impact defense operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF communications and electronic warfare system design, including architecture, implementation, and validation.
• Develop and implement advanced signal processing algorithms in embedded environments.
• Conduct modeling and simulation of RF systems, analyzing system performance under various conditions.
• Support hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing and mission‑based scenario evaluations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and communicate findings to internal stakeholders and government partners.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance required.
