You will log data, troubleshoot basics, and participate in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment on a 4/10 schedule.

You should have a high school diploma with 4 years' related experience or an associate degree with 0–2 years of related experience. Overtime and lifting up to 25 lbs are required where needed.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Or 2 years post-secondary/associate degree with 0-2 years of related experience.

Aufgaben

• Follows Manufacturing Test Procedures (MTP) to perform automated and semi-automated tests on RF or digital PCBs, subassemblies, or end products.
• Uses hand tools such as torque wrenches.
• Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels.
• Uses Microsoft Office programs.
• Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment.
• Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks.
• Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours).
• Able to transport up to 25 lbs.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
