M-Wave Design is seeking an Electrical Engineer to drive the design of custom RF microwave components and subsystems, advancing best practices within our Engineering Design team to meet customer specifications.

You will design electro-mechanical packages, create sketches, perform microwave testing, develop tooling, and analyze designs to meet stringent performance targets, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• US Persons required.
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years post graduate experience in an engineering group.
• Familiarity with passive microwave hardware function and packaging techniques.
• Strong impedance matching, modeling, and analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and update electro-mechanical packages for new and existing products.
• Generate sketches for mechanical concepts and layouts.
• Perform microwave/RF testing and analysis for designs.
• Create in-house and customer/vendor tooling and fixtures.
• Investigate design electrical issues to meet specifications and implement solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Support high-priority engineering recovery efforts during production.
