Qualifications

Embedded C (mandatory).
Bare-metal and RTOS-based firmware development.
ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers with DMA/timers.
Interrupt-driven architectures and debugging.
Bootloaders and firmware update systems.
J-Link/SWD/GDB debugging and low-power design.
Wireless proficiency in Z-Wave and sub-GHz protocols.
Mesh networking and RF coexistence for wireless devices.
