Job summary

Times Microwave Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the Production Department by resolving issues related to RF coaxial cable assemblies and associated equipment. You will collaborate with Production to ensure efficient manufacturing and on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in manufacturing or aerospace engineering.
• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with RF coaxial cable assemblies is a plus.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience or training beneficial.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SolidWorks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve manufacturing and testing documentation.
• Identify root causes of failures on the production floor.
• Implement process improvements to reduce inefficiencies and defects.
• Design tooling and fixtures to support production needs.
• Provide training, qualification, and validation for processes and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures.
