Job summary

PacAero in Wenatchee, WA is seeking an RF Assembly Technician I to assemble RF connectors to customer specifications under general supervision. This role involves measuring and inspecting to ensure quality and adherence to safety and production standards.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 6am to 2:30pm. You will collaborate with fellow employees, adapt to schedule needs, and work toward advancement to Level II while upholding company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and comprehend English.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions accurately.
• Able to sit/stand for extended periods.
• Able to use a microscope for extended periods.
• Retain information and progress toward Level II.
• Legible handwriting.
• Dependability and ability to follow directions.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem solving and policy adherence.
• Identify process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble RF connectors per engineering drawings and customer specs.
• Perform masking, washing, wiring, and other assembly steps.
• Conduct in-process visual and dimensional inspections.
• Use drop indicators, calipers, and micrometers for measurements.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Identify tooling issues and report to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow PPE rules.
