Pacific Aerospace & Electronics (PacAero) seeks an RF Assembly Technician I to join our Wenatchee/Sequim manufacturing team. You will assemble RF connectors to customer specs, perform measurements, and ensure quality while following safety and production standards.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, inspecting parts under a microscope, and adhering to SOPs. The role offers a structured daytime schedule and opportunities for growth and cross-training.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Good computer skills and safety awareness are important.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections using a microscope to ensure quality.
• Assemble RF connectors per customer specifications and SOPs.
• Follow safety rules and company policies; maintain proper work area.
