Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a Bedford, NH-based manufacturing company to identify an experienced Test Technician for 2nd shift. This direct-hire role focuses on RF and antenna testing using advanced equipment, with a pay rate of $28–$35/hour and full benefits.

You will perform RF/antenna tests, operate network analyzers, support environmental testing, document results, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure test procedures meet specifications and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with antenna or RF testing required.
• Experience in anechoic chamber preferred.
• Hands-on experience operating RF network analyzers.
• Experience with environmental testing (vibration, shock, thermal) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work independently and with a technical team.
• High school diploma or GED; technical training a plus.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF and antenna testing, including testing within anechoic chambers.
• Operate RF network analyzers and other test equipment.
• Support environmental testing (vibration, shock, thermal cycling, thermal vacuum).
• Set up test equipment, fixtures, and instrumentation.
• Collect, organize, document, and review test results.
• Troubleshoot testing issues and communicate findings to engineering and production teams.
• Assist with the development and documentation of testing procedures.
• Maintain organized testing areas, equipment, fixtures, and records.
• Coordinate with outside testing laboratories when needed.
• Occasionally travel to outside testing facilities.
