RF / Antenna Engineer RF Communications / SDR / Antenna Design Overview Seeking an RF / Antenna Engineer to develop advanced wireless communication systems, antenna technologies, and Software Defined Radio (SDR) solutions. This is a hands-on role focused on RF design, electromagnetics, prototyping, simulation, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF communications systems, antennas, and SDR-based solutions.
• Perform antenna modeling, RF simulation, and electromagnetic analysis using HFSS, CST, FEKO, or similar tools.
• Support prototyping, integration, testing, and optimization of wireless communication systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to transition designs into production-ready products.
• Conduct laboratory and field testing to validate system performance.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in RF engineering, antenna design, electromagnetics, and wireless communications.
• Hands-on experience developing RF hardware, SDR platforms, or communication systems.
• Strong background with RF simulation and EM modeling tools such as HFSS.
• Experience with system integration, testing, and performance analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in defense, aerospace, EW, SIGINT, satellite communications, or secure wireless systems.
• Knowledge of phased arrays, beamforming, RF security, or advanced antenna technologies.
• Experience supporting product development from prototype through manufacturing.

Estimated Min Rate: $120,000/Annually
Estimated Max Rate: $170,000/Annually
