Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hand soldering of fine-pitch, QFN, and small size surface mount and thru-hole components, using a microscope when required
• Soldering of wiring and connectors for probing of PCBs
• Assisting Engineers as required to help build and experiment on Prototype HW
• Proven experience in fine pitch SMT and thru-hole soldering
• Proficiency in rework stations, soldering iron, hot‑air machines, and microscope
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and documentation such as BOMs, PCB schematics, and layout drawings

Qualifications:

• Understanding of electronic component types and packaging (i.e., BGA, DFN/QFN, SOICs packages, etc.)
