Printpack is seeking a Rewind Operator in Prescott Valley, AZ to operate and monitor rewinding equipment according to customer specifications. The role includes quality control, ERP data entry, and maintaining production records.

An additional $2.50/hr premium applies to NIGHT Shift hours. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent and manufacturing experience is preferred. This position involves handling up to 50 pounds and working around solvents and inks.

Job description

The Rewind Operator in Prescott Valley, AZ is responsible for operating and monitoring rewinding equipment to process finished materials according to customer specifications. The Rewind Operator ensures quality control during the rewinding process and maintains accurate documentation of production activities using a manufacturing ERP systems.

An additional $2.50/hr premium for hours worked on NIGHT Shift only (qualifying hours vary by location).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate rewinding machinery safely and efficiently

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent experienced
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods

• Proficiency in grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor skills
• Visual Acuity for product inspection
• Ability to wear required PPE (hearing protection, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses)
• Use of ladders and other equipment
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift and pallet jacks
