Job summary

Belmark Inc. is seeking a Rewind Operator for 1st shift at Plant 1 in Wisconsin. You will run world-class equipment to produce high-quality labels and packaging products, responsibly following safety and quality procedures.

The role includes setting up the rewind machine, calculating outputs, inspecting labels, and completing required paperwork. Great benefits are offered, including health and vision plans, an on-site clinic, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to high school (or equivalent)
• Must be able to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions
• Ability to set up and operate a rewind machine using common hand tools and measurement devices
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Able to stand long periods and perform physical tasks described in the job duties

Responsibilities

• Set up rewind machine and run production per job instructions
• Calculate number of labels needed per roll or bundle
• Rewind labels and inspect quality to meet specifications
• Identify product with accurate information and complete packing slips
• Keep work area and machine clean and organized
• May bundle labels or fanfold labels and perform other duties as assigned
