Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a Rewind Operator for our manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. You will set up and operate rewind equipment, load and thread film rolls, monitor tension and alignment, and inspect finished rolls to meet quality standards.

You will follow production schedules, complete related records, perform basic troubleshooting, keep a clean and safe work area, and collaborate with technicians to improve efficiency and product quality.
