As a Rewards Program Coordinator, you will help strengthen mission outcomes by administering every aspect of a complex rewards program that directly supports operational objectives. In this role, you ensure that requests are validated, documented, and processed in alignment with established policies while partnering closely with command elements, field units, and interagency stakeholders. You maintain secure and accurate records of nominations, approvals, disbursements, and supporting documentation, enabling full transparency and audit readiness. You develop, refine, and enforce standard operating procedures that enhance consistency and accountability across all program activities. You assess legal, ethical, and security considerations to identify risks and ensure compliant execution, while advising leadership on program trends, operational impacts, and opportunities for improvement. You analyze performance metrics and program data to uncover gaps and provide clear, actionable recommendations that elevate program effectiveness.
