Job Description

Are you passionate about navigating the complex landscape of executive compensation and equity administration? Join our team at Vialto Partners as an Equity and Rewards Director, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in implementing and maintaining executive compensation plans with a specific focus on equity compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Equity Compensation Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of equity-based compensation programs tailored for executives, encompassing stock options, restricted stock units, performance-based awards, and more.
  2. Strong quantitative, analytical and presentation skills.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on executive compensation matters. Experience working with senior leadership within organizations. Additionally, mentor junior staff members to foster their professional growth and development.
  4. Equity Administration Platform Proficiency: Leverage your familiarity with equity administration platforms to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in managing executive compensation plans.
  5. Global Equity Program Support: Proven success in leading complex projects in fast-paced environments. Assist clients in maintaining global equity compensation programs, navigating changes in tax laws, fulfilling annual reporting requirements, managing employer withholding obligations, and conducting equity mobility calculations. Guide clients in fulfilling global regulatory requirements associated with equity compensation programs.
  6. Cultivate and grow client relationships: support proposals and business development efforts.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s, CPA or Masters preferred.
  2. Minimum Years of Experience: 9+

Additional Information:

  1. Location: Remote (US)
  2. Full Time | Regular
  3. Compensation range $161,300 - $264,900 determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and geographic location.
