At Magnific, we’re looking for a RevOps Systems Administrator – Gainsight and Salesforce to run the platform our Customer Success team relies on every day, and to back up our Sales team in Salesforce.
This is a hands‑on role with a clear mission: take over Gainsight after go-live, make it the system Customer Success trusts, and keep Salesforce and Gainsight working from the same customer record.
You’ll take over Gainsight administration from our implementation partner, become the first stop for Customer Success, and act as backup admin for Sales in Salesforce, our source of truth. You’ll sit in Revenue Operations & Enablement and work closely with the RevOps team.
You’ll report to the Head of Revenue Operations & Enablement.
Success in this role isn’t measured by the number of tickets closed. It’s measured by a Customer Success team that works its accounts in Gainsight every week, data that stays in sync before anyone notices a problem, and a platform that runs without the implementation partner.
Team: Revenue Operations & Enablement
Base salary range: $115,000–$130,000, plus 10% target annual bonus
What you’ll do
- Take over Gainsight administration from our implementation partner: users and permissions, the Salesforce connector, data jobs, rules and health scores.
- Administer and support Gainsight for Customer Success: health scores, CTAs and Cockpit, success plans, Journey Orchestrator, reports, dashboards and user access.
- Become the first stop for Customer Success on Gainsight: triage every request, fix what you can, and take the rest to Gainsight support with a clear case.
- Own the Salesforce and Gainsight data layer: the connector, sync rules and data quality, so CSMs and sellers work from the same customer record.
- Act as Salesforce backup admin for Sales at configuration level: Flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, users, reports and dashboards, released through our shared process with the RevOps team.
- Manage the RevOps request queue in Salesforce for Gainsight and Sales work, and keep documentation behind every change.
- Document everything you inherit: every rule, data job and health score input, so anyone on the team can follow it.
- Administer, operate and support other revenue tools as they are assigned to you, as our stack keeps growing.
What we’re looking for
- An active Gainsight administrator certification: Gainsight Certified Administrator (Level 2) or Gainsight Certified Administrator for NXT (Level 3).
- 2+ years administering Gainsight CS in production: rules, data jobs, health scores, CTAs, Journey Orchestrator, reports and dashboards.
- 3+ years administering Salesforce Sales Cloud: Flow, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, users, reports and dashboards.
- Hands‑on experience with the Gainsight Salesforce Connector: object mapping, sync rules and troubleshooting sync errors.
- Clear written English, with the ability to explain a fix to a CSM and a configuration choice to an admin with the same precision. Spanish is a bonus, as our company HQ is in Spain.
- Deep experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude to accelerate outputs.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II or Platform App Builder.
- Experience with product usage data in Gainsight, brought in from a warehouse such as BigQuery.
- Experience supporting renewal and expansion in a Hunter/Farmer or similar model.
- Gearset, Jira, Hex, and AI tools such as Claude in your daily workflow.
- Experience with other revenue tools, such as QuotaPath, Front, Clari or Outreach.
How we’ll measure success
- Customer Success running on Gainsight without the implementation partner, with every request triaged within one business day.
- Salesforce and Gainsight in sync, with sync errors fixed before CSMs notice them.
- CSMs working their accounts in Gainsight every week.
- Sales requests in Salesforce closed within agreed times when you are the admin on point.
- Every Gainsight configuration documented and current.
What we offer
- Base salary of $115,000–$130,000, plus a 10% target annual bonus.
- Private health insurance fully covered for you and your family.
- 23 days of vacation plus December 24 and 31 off, and your birthday off.
- Fully remote work within the United States, in a flexible work environment.
- Continuous learning and access to cutting‑edge AI tools.
- Free access to Magnific premium products.
- Ownership of a platform launch, with real impact on how Customer Success and Sales operate.
- Global exposure, working with Enterprise teams across Europe, the Americas and Asia‑Pacific.
- A high‑growth tech company where Revenue Operations builds the systems growth runs on.
