Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a RevOps Analyst based in United States.

This role owns revenue performance across an established customer base, balancing expansion opportunities with retention and renewal priorities. You will serve as a data-driven bridge between Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and executive leadership. Using HubSpot as the revenue system of record and Power BI as the primary analytics platform, you will turn complex data into actionable insights. The role combines forecasting, scenario modeling, pipeline governance, customer retention analytics, and revenue process optimization. You will also help introduce AI-enabled workflows and predictive analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. Success requires strong analytical judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to communicate insights clearly across technical and business teams. This is an opportunity to shape revenue operations in a collaborative, growth-oriented, and distributed environment.

Accountabilities
  • Own annual revenue planning and monthly forecasting for enterprise customers, incorporating growth opportunities, renewal expectations, and emerging risks.
  • Build scenario models covering upsell and cross-sell potential, pricing elasticity, churn risk, customer lifetime value, and margin performance.
  • Analyze customer profitability and margins across segments and service tiers to support informed commercial decisions.
  • Design and maintain lead-to-cash workflows for renewals and expansions within HubSpot, ensuring consistent processes and clear ownership.
  • Manage forecast governance, including opportunity stage progression, commit versus best-case classifications, and pipeline accuracy.
  • Partner with Deal Desk on non-standard renewal pricing, contract terms, and other complex commercial scenarios.
  • Document revenue workflows and coordinate effective handoffs across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.
  • Develop and maintain executive Power BI dashboards covering pipeline coverage, velocity, win rates, NRR, GRR, churn, productivity, attainment, and time-to-close.
  • Establish KPI definitions, data dictionaries, reporting standards, and recurring performance-review cadences.
  • Serve as the HubSpot RevOps subject matter expert, supporting reporting, workflow automation, deal pipeline management, and system improvements.
  • Implement AI-enabled workflow orchestration within HubSpot to improve productivity and revenue execution.
  • Use Power BI, DAX, and integrated datasets to develop predictive insights around churn probability, customer lifetime value, and revenue performance.
  • Identify emerging risks and opportunities before they materially affect revenue outcomes, translating findings into practical recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related commercial analytics function, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Advanced HubSpot expertise, including custom reporting, workflow automation, deal pipeline management, and property creation.
  • Strong Power BI experience, including DAX, data modeling, paginated reports, embedded dashboards, and business intelligence.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to perform ad-hoc modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience with revenue forecasting, customer retention metrics, renewals, churn analysis, and commercial performance measurement.
  • Strong understanding of metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), pipeline coverage, win rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Ability to transform complex datasets into concise, actionable business stories for executives and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to act as a bridge between Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, and executive leadership.
  • Comfortable working independently in a distributed environment while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
  • Current and continuing authorization to work in the United States without restrictions or expiration.
Benefits
  • Supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages initiative, creativity, and professional growth.
  • Opportunity to influence revenue strategy, customer retention, and operational performance across an established customer base.
  • Exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, with the opportunity to shape executive-level decision-making.
  • Meaningful opportunities to work with modern revenue technology, business intelligence, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and predictive analytics.
  • Distributed workplace designed to support flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Professional development and opportunities for technical and career advancement.
  • Growth-oriented environment where employees are encouraged to take ownership and make a measurable impact.
