Job description

About Island:

Island is pioneering a completely new category with the Enterprise Browser — a secure, enterprise-grade browser that transforms how organizations protect users, data, and applications. Our mission is to redefine the future of work by making the browser the most powerful, secure, and productive workspace in the enterprise. As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst who is passionate about helping our Go-To-Market teams perform at their best — driving efficiency, insights, and excellence across our Sales organization.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to Sales and GTM leadership, helping Island scale its revenue engine through process optimization, analytics, and strategic insights. You’ll own critical forecasting and reporting rhythms, bring clarity to performance metrics, and ensure that data-driven decisions power every stage of our growth. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex operational challenges, and are energized by helping teams win — this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact at one of the most innovative companies in cybersecurity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Partnership & Process Optimization
  • Partner closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Channel, and Customer Success leadership to identify and implement operational improvements that enhance productivity and scalability.
  • Help drive delivery and adoption of new GTM processes, tools, and methodologies in partnership with leadership.
  • Own and evolve the operational infrastructure that supports pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Forecasting & Analytics
  • Lead the bi-weekly forecasting cadence, analyzing week-over-week changes and driving improved forecast accuracy.
  • Build and mature executive-level KPIs and dashboards across GTM functions, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
  • Deliver actionable insights to leadership and the Board that translate complex data into strategic decisions.
  • Revenue Planning & Territory Management
  • Partner with GTM leaders on annual territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
  • Support leadership in the design and rollout of compensation structures and letters.
  • Maintain data integrity across closed bookings, invoicing, and pipeline management.
  • Sales & Customer Success Performance
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of GTM performance, including pipeline health, forecast accuracy, retention, and productivity.
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analyses to guide GTM strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to develop renewal and expansion strategies that drive customer lifetime value.

About You:

  • You’ve worked in a global SaaS or B2B technology company and understand the pace, complexity, and collaboration it takes to scale.
  • You’re naturally curious and data-driven — you love digging into metrics, identifying trends, and surfacing insights that inform strategy.
  • You’re AI-forward — always thinking, “How can automation make this process smarter and faster?”
  • You thrive on solving tough problems and believe operational excellence is a key driver of growth.
  • You operate with servant leadership, focusing on enabling others to succeed.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator and listener who collaborates with empathy and precision.

What You Bring

  • ~5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, AI, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, forecasting, reporting, and data visualization tools.
  • Proven track record of partnering cross-functionally and influencing at all levels of leadership.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and high energy.
  • Experience working in high-growth or scaling companies is preferred.
  • Deal Desk experience or knowledge of deal structure, pricing, and approval workflows is a plus.

Where You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Drive operational excellence across Island’s GTM organization.
  • Empower Sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams with the processes, tools, and insights they need to win.
  • Help shape the foundation of how Island scales — smarter, faster, and more effectively.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Who Thrives Here:

  • Collaborative team players who connect data, people, and insights to drive improvement.
  • Analytical thinkers who don’t just solve problems but uncover root causes and design scalable solutions.
  • Action-oriented achievers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in helping teams succeed.
