Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Lead for our Sioux Falls Revival store. Reporting to Store Leadership, you will direct daily activities to achieve store goals, deliver world-class guest service, drive sales, and ensure proper merchandising presentation.

You will coach associates on guest interactions, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, well-presented store environment while building guest loyalty and representing the Revival brand values.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities to achieve store goals, including guest service, sales objectives, loss prevention, and merchandising.
• Coach associates on guest interactions to increase transactions.
• Provide guests with exceptional service and build relationships.
• Lead by managing through change and adversity.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
