Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is hiring a Guest Lead for our Des Moines area operations. You will deliver outstanding guest service, supervise associates, and ensure compelling visual presentations and operational compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach teammates, uphold brand standards, and lead store initiatives while maintaining a welcoming, respectful culture. This role requires strong communication and readiness to lead as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, including standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and squatting; may involve climbing ladders, stairs, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
