AIA PA is seeking a Revit Draftsperson/Designer for commercial projects in Bedminster, PA. This full-time, on-site role focuses on transforming concepts into Revit models, construction documents, and 3-D renderings, with collaboration across project teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of commercial design experience and an architecture education. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, Enscape, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite are preferred as you coordinate with disciplines

Formación

• Two to four years of commercial design experience and an architecture education are necessary.
• Proficiency in Revit for commercial building design, including modeling, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture and Enscape.
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is helpful.
• Strong architectural drafting and design skills, with the ability to develop plans, elevations, sections, and technical details.
• Experience working on commercial projects (e.g., offices, industrial complexes, retail centers, municipal or institutional buildings).
• Understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and permitting requirements relevant to commercial architecture.
• Ability to coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and other consulting disciplines to ensure consistency and completeness.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with architects, project managers, and clients.
• Strong attention to accuracy, organization, and document control, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and interest in adaptive reuse or historic renovation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Transform initial conceptual designs using CAD through Revit modeling and some AutoCAD Architecture use.
• Draft schematic design models/drawings and develop design development models and documents.
• Create construction documents and 3-D renderings for commercial projects.
• Produce accurate, detailed Revit models and drawings in collaboration with project managers and architects.
• Coordinate drawings across disciplines and update models based on feedback and design changes.
• Interpret building codes and permitting requirements in drawings and prepare permitting documents.
• Support design development and technical solutions through project milestones and deadlines.
