Kimley-Horn's Orlando, Florida office is seeking an experienced Designer to join the Water and Wastewater, Utilities team. You will support engineers by creating civil and mechanical construction documents for water and wastewater facilities, pipelines, and pump stations using Revit and Civil 3D.

The role requires strong detailing skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The position emphasizes collaboration, quality control, and training others in Autodesk software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D.
• High school diploma or associate degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Work with project engineers using Revit to create civil and mechanical construction documents for water and wastewater facilities and pipelines.
• Develop technical drawings and plans using Revit and CAD Civil 3D.
• Quality check drawings and plans of significant complexity.
• Train others in Autodesk software like Revit and Civil 3D.
• Coordinate work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control.
