Job summary

Garver’s Buildings Business Line is seeking a BIM (Revit) Technician in San Antonio, Texas. You will develop 3D models and detail drawings in Revit, support MEPF design, and contribute to Scan-to-BIM projects through collaboration with engineers and designers.

Strong Revit skills, good organization, and clear communication are essential as you work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver accurate models and compliant project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with point cloud processing and Scan-to-BIM workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models using Revit.
• Produce high‑quality plans, sections, and details within Revit software.
• Process and interpret point cloud data for use in model development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, architectural, and MEPF disciplines, to execute design and as‑built projects.
• Maintain clear communication with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet requirements.
• Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.
