Job summary

Garver’s Buildings Business Line is seeking a BIM (Revit) Technician in San Antonio, Texas. You will develop 3D models and detail drawings in Revit, support MEPF design, and contribute to Scan-to-BIM projects through collaboration with engineers and designers.

Strong Revit skills, good organization, and clear communication are essential as you work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver accurate models and compliant project documentation.

Responsibilities

BIM (Revit) Technician

San Antonio, Texas

As part of Garver’s Buildings Business Line, the Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technician will be responsible for developing 3D models and producing detail drawings using Revit software. Collaborating with engineers, designers, and other technicians, this role will contribute to a variety of Buildings Business Line projects, including building MEPF design and Scan-to-BIM (As‑Built Modeling). This role is critical to project delivery across our offices and leverages the latest BIM technology. The ideal candidate will excel in both technical proficiency and teamwork, ensuring successful project execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models using Revit.
• Produce high‑quality plans, sections, and details within Revit software.
• Process and interpret point cloud data for use in model development.
