Job summary

Graco Oilfield Services seeks a Reverse Unit Supervisor to ensure safe and efficient operation of the reverse unit, power swivel, pit, and related equipment during well servicing. You will provide technical guidance, assist customers with site decisions, and ensure all work meets Graco and client safety standards.

You will read procedures, conduct safety meetings, coordinate equipment movement, and maintain DOT compliance while staying available around the clock for customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment related to pumping fluids and drilling operations using a power swivel.
• Ability to calculate displacement, volumes, weights, pipe tallies, and pump requirements.
• Ability to operate drilling rigs, work-over rigs and snubbing units.
• Knowledge of torque ratings, bit sizes, tubular weights, and truck ratings per regulations.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Safe driving record and ability to pass pre-employment drug test, MVR check and background check.

Responsibilities

• Make safe decisions while operating the reverse unit at the wellsite.
• Read, understand, and implement customer procedures.
• Conduct safety meetings with rig crew.
• Coordinate movement of the reverse unit and equipment.
• Adhere to Graco customer policies, safety rules and work requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of DOT rules and all applicable regulations.
• Remain available 24 hours to respond to customer needs.
• Perform maintenance on all equipment within control.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed.
• Participate in required training.
• Calculate pump requirements and determine proper equipment for all job types.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
