Job summary

KLX Energy Services LLC is actively seeking a Reverse Unit Operator at our Midland, TX location to support Fishing, Thru-Tubing, and Pressure Control operations on well sites. The role requires supervising technical services and ensuring safe, compliant operations in line with client requirements.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of field experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and extensive knowledge of related services.

Qualifications

• Experience in open-hole and/or cased-hole operations.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant product line experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Fishing, Thru-Tubing, and related services.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support at the well site and communicates with client representatives.
• Plans and coordinates operations using technical expertise for equipment usage.
• Trains and mentors trainees and ensures regulatory compliance.
