Job summary

Longbridge Financial, LLC is seeking a customer service representative to generate sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team. You will handle inbound inquiries about the reverse mortgage program and make outbound calls to prospective customers, aiming to create interest and schedule follow-ups.

Responsibilities include qualifying customers to program guidelines, transferring qualified leads to the sales team, and maintaining accurate CRM notes.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including MS Office, 10-key and a soft phone.
• Basic understanding of reverse mortgage product.
• Mortgage industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls
• Initiate outbound calls
• Create interest in reverse mortgage program
• Qualify customer to meet program guidelines (AGE, LTV, Homeowner) scripted
• Transfer interested and qualified customer to sales team
• Create appointments for follow up
• Mail information packets to customers
• Update the Sales CRM with notes of each transaction
