Responsibilities

• Data Analytics: Identify, size, and analyze trend data for Returns, Repairs, and Remanufacturing operations.
• Build and maintain data views to understand operational performance and identify quality trends.
• Ensure process data feeds KPI dashboards and other user dashboards.
• Connect Reverse Logistics data insights to product and customer quality data.
• Identify business process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Present project reviews in reports and oral presentations to Supply Chain management.
