Job summary

Huntsville Hospital seeks a System Revenue Analyst to support Revenue Cycles, Finance, Administration and Clinical Departments across the Health System. The role focuses on data analysis, charge capture, process improvement and KPI reporting to optimize reimbursement and financial performance.

You will lead projects, educate staff, audit processes, and work with Revenue Cycle stakeholders to sustain improvements in billing and patient financial data flows across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/health admin or related field.
• Experience with patient accounting, case management, internal audit, coding, and process improvement.
• Clear communication, knowledge of medical terminology, coding and healthcare billing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support Revenue Cycle and Finance objectives across Huntsville Hospital system.
• Lead projects independently and implement sustained improvements using best practices.
• Educate staff on processes, audit outcomes, and report results to stakeholders.
