Job summary

FFF Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant, Revenue to support the revenue accounting function. The role focuses on Administrative Fees Income (ADFI), revenue recognition, and related balance sheet accounts.

You will work with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate accounting treatments and timely reporting. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition.
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for revenue accounting.
• Prepare and post journal entries with supporting docs.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and schedules.
• Review revenue transactions for proper classification and cutoffs.
• Validate information across sub-ledgers and the GL.
• Research variances and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Maintain auditable workpapers for journal entries and close activities.
• Escalate unusual or material accounting matters to leadership.
• Perform ADFI calculations, validations, settlements, and reporting.
