Role Description

The Revenue Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sandy Springs, GA. This position is responsible for managing the revenue cycle, including billing, claims submission, payment posting, and resolving denials or discrepancies. The Revenue Specialist works closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accurate invoicing, compliance with payer requirements, and timely collections. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and analyzing account activity, reconciling payments, communicating with payers and internal stakeholders, and maintaining detailed documentation and reports. The individual in this role helps optimize revenue performance while supporting a high standard of service for healthcare partners and patients.

• Strong Revenue Cycle Management skills, including billing, claims processing, and collections
• Analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and resolve revenue discrepancies
• Finance and Accounting skills to support accurate payment posting, reconciliation, and reporting
