AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, is seeking a Financial Settlement Specialist in Los Angeles to support revenue settlement, reconciliation, and financial analysis for live events. You will work with clients and venue partners, producing accurate settlements and journal entries within the AXS system.

The role requires 2+ years in accounting/finance or live events, strong Excel skills (pivot tables/macros), and excellent communication. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• AA/AS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in Accounting/Finance or Live Event/Ticketing.
• Proficient in MS Excel with pivot tables and macros.
• Creative problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with auditing procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Run weekly reports from the AXS ticketing system to track revenues and liabilities.
• Assist with reconciliation and financial analysis projects.
• Collaborate with clients’ finance teams on settlement of events using the AXS ticketing platform.
• Calculate settlement amounts and fees for events.
• Provide reporting to clients to support settlements and invoices.
• Audit fee structures based on client contracts.
• Work with accounting to produce general ledger journal entries.
