Job summary

UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor in the Baltimore area to oversee safety, production and attendance. This role develops teams, trains staff, and drives accuracy, customer service and efficiency across the department.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and flexibility for five days per week. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities
