Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement and continual improvement.
• Implements employee personal development plans as required to support growth.
• Ensures orientation, training, materials and evaluations are provided to staff.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures.
