Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of directly relevant analytical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of utility revenue, pricing and market analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing Client governmental and business customer cost-of-service studies and commodity rate models.
• Support running monthly cost recovery reconciliations including customer Energy Charge Adjustment (ECA) processes.
• Collaborate in the execution of the rate setting processes.
• Analyze and validate proper costs assessment to customers.
• Validate and issue governmental customer delivery rates and surcharges for billing.
• Develop customer savings/cost comparison using market analysis models.
• Publish and maintain the accuracy of the rates stored in the SAP billing system.
• Stay abreast of rate filings and research rate setting trends.

Skills

Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Basic knowledge of the utility industry and NYISO market

Intermediate knowledge of economics, finance and accounting

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Math or related discipline

MBA or other graduate degree
