Job summary

DHL eCommerce in Florida is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to turn data into commercial advantage. You will analyze customer performance, evaluate pricing and concessions, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive profitability.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/engineering, 3 years in a similar role, and proficiency with SAP, Excel, PowerBI. You will develop dashboards, analyze profitability, and support strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related degree.
• 3 years of working experience in a similar role or within the logistics industry.
• First Choice or Six Sigma trained and certified is a plus.
• Experience with SAP a plus.
• Skilled in problem identification and resolution using analytical and modeling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate reports, KPIs, and dashboards from multiple sources.
• Analyze and maintain customer profitability reporting.
• Conduct customer profitability reviews and deep dives.
• Review concessions to ensure alignment with strategy and profitability goals.
• Identify revenue leakages and propose solutions.
• Recommend strategies to improve customers’ yield and profitability.
• Support additional commercial projects and initiatives.
