Job summary

MassMutual Ventures is seeking a hands-on Data Governance & Platform Owner to consolidate customer data across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support and Finance. You’ll own the Salesforce data model, field mappings, and reports, driving hub-and-spoke architecture toward a central data lake and a single customer record from first touch to renewal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or similar
• Deep Salesforce data fluency and CRM data structure understanding
• Experience moving data into a central analytics environment
• Ability to translate business questions into working data models and reports

Responsibilities

• Own data governance and reporting architecture across platforms
• Manage hub-and-spoke data model and central data lake
• Triage requests and own master-data governance
• Implement LLM tooling for data classification and extraction
• Build AI-assisted GTM automation and ICP scoring
